Tony Blair convert goes to Westminster Cathedral as part of The Cardinal’s Lectures 2008 series. Blair who has been a persistent advocate for war is widely credited with spearheading Britain’s entry into the immensely unpopular war against Iraq. The controversial lecture attracts a peace demonstration by Stop the War Coalition who creates a wall of sound from outside to accompanying his lecture on Faith and Globalisation inside Westminster Cathedral. Also, Pax Christi, a member of a worldwide Catholic movement for peace, hold a Silent Vigil. London, 3rd April 2008
