Jimmy Miller

Jimmy Miller (1942 - 1994) American music producer, based in London at this period, working for Island Records at Olympic Sound Studios. Jimmy Miller, with lighting cameraman in the back ground who is taking light readings in preparation for filming of an interview of Miller by Hugh Curry a former radio disk jockey for CHUM-FM Toronto now on an assignment as a TV music reporter for the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation CBC. Jimmy Miller was in Olympic as Island records in-house producer. Miller produced the quintessential Rolling Stones albums from 1968 to 1973. Miller also produced the recording of other music super groups including: Traffic; The Spencer Davis Group; Blind Faith, and many others. Jimmy Miller was a lot of fun, good vibes and in a way quite modest in the interview about his significant role, when one considers the quality of work he was producing.
