Former prime minister Tony Blair goes to Westminster Cathedral as part of The Cardinal’s Lectures 2008 series. Tony Blair has been a strong and effective advocate for war and is widely credited with spearheading Britain’s entry into the immensely unpopular war against Iraq, attracts a peace demonstration by Stop the War Coalition who creates a wall of sound from outside to accompanying his lecture on Faith and Globalisation inside Westminster Cathedral.
