Giovanni da Silva, the brother of Jean Charles de Menezes, who was tragically shot dead by police in a state of panic and mistaken identity at London Stockwell tube station on the 22nd July 05. Saddened Giovanni da Silva, is leaving the Justice for Jean campaign launch and public rally. Giovanni da Silva with his family and friends are seeking justice, the truth about why Jean Charles was killed and an end to the Shoot to Kill policy to prevent a similar tragedy happening again to other individuals.
