A lone campaigner further up Castle Hill than the rest of the demonstrators holding two placards, one with the infamous modern English word “Bliar” and the other with the words “Free Assange No U.S. Extradition”. Julian Assange has got himself into trouble for the opposite reason as Bliar, Assange for telling inconvenient truth. This is on the day that controversially ‘Sir’ Tony Blair, becomes a member of the Order of the Garter, the most senior royal order of ‘chivalry’. The demonstrators feel that a war criminal should not be given the highest awards and indeed quite the contrary he should be prosecuted in a court of law.
