G7 demonstrators stand in the rising sea level, holding a banner with the words: “G7 We’re Watching You”. “The action is designed to focus attention on the plight of millions threatened by rising sea levels cause mainly by the industrial and consumer practices of the developed world. Over a quart of a billion people - mostly the poor - will be displaced if temperatures continue to rise.
