Bruce Kent (1929 - 2022), peace campaigner, playing his part in a satirical spoof Arms Fair opposite Parliament. Part of a demonstration against Arms Fair, the Defence & Security Equipment International DSEi which started on the same day which is being held at ExCel in East London.
